Policy Amendments and Action Items should be submitted to Amanda Bryant (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Friday, August 22. Items submitted after this date will require a 2/3 vote for consideration. Forms are available online here.
As a reminder, Policy Amendments either establish new or amend existing NASDA Policy. Action Items on the other hand call attention to a specific issue that Members feel NASDA should respond to. Action Items do not establish NASDA policy and must either comply with existing policy or be accompanied by a corresponding Policy Amendment. Please contact us if you have questions about preparing these or if you are unsure of whether a Policy Amendment or Action Item is more appropriate for your situation. For your reference, NASDA’s existing policy statements are available online.
