There is a block of rooms reserved at the Boars Head Inn from Sunday, June 8 – Tuesday, June 10, 2014. The room block expires at 5:00PM EST on Thursday, June 1, 2014. Making reservations by this deadline does not guarantee that a room will be available. Room rates are $115/night + tax & resort fees for a standard room. Instructions for Making Online Reservations
Please have your guests go to www.boarsheadinn.com and on the home page, select their dates and then “book now”. This will prompt them to another page, where they will select “Group” in the second box (drop down box) where it currently reads “Negotiated Rate”. When selecting group, this will prompt them for a code, your code will be VADACS. After entering this, they will reach your designated group page, and proceed with their selections.
In Charlottesville, early June typically brings daily highs of about 79°F and lows of about 61°F. We are hoping for sunny, picturesque Charlottesville weather, but come prepared for the occasional rain shower that can spill over the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
Suggested Attire is business casual for the meetings, activities and meals. Comfortable shoes are recommended for the offsite tours and activities. The Tuesday evening President’s Dinner will be outside, weather permitting.
