Each year, Congress enacts annual appropriations measures to fund government activities for the year. These measures begin as a series of twelve different spending bills that fund groups of related agencies.
Among the bills of most interest to NASDA are the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, which funds USDA and FDA, and the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, which funds EPA.
