The Oregon Department of Agriculture is currently recruiting for a Water Quality Compliance Program Manager. This is a full-time permanent position located at the ODA Office in Salem, Oregon.

The Water Quality Compliance Program Manager’s primary purpose is to serve as the program leader and manager for the Confined Animal Feeding Operation & Fertilizer programs to ensure a high degree of professionalism and service that meet the mission of the individual programs and to ensure that the mission, core values and strategic plan for the agency are achieved. This position has particular emphasis on overseeing the program’s compliance inspections and enforcement work for the protection or water quality and the state’s natural resources.
