Biography

Kelly Engle works for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA). She is the PIRT Coordinator, and works closely with the EPA regions, states, tribes, and territories as well as other EPA offices including the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention. She works out of EPA headquarters in Washington, D.C. and has been with OECA since 2016. Prior to joining OECA, Kelly worked as an ORISE Fellow in the Office of Wastewater Management for almost two years.

Prior to her federal career, Kelly was a Student Conservation Association (SCA) Intern at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, and the New Hampshire NRCS. Kelly has a master’s degree in climate science and solutions and a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology.
